HOW WE WORK Rainmaking is a busy place, and you’ll often be on your own to figure things out. Ask for help, but don’t rely on others to hold your hand. You might be tempted to say “It would be nice if Nobody’s gonna someone made a [template, team dinner, etc.].” At Rainmaking, you are that someone.
